I am involved in technical support at Bkav Forum, which is an open technology-related discussion forum, hosted by Bkav Corporation - one of the firms in network security, antivirus software and hardware manufacturing in Vietnam.
Responsibilities:
• Gave technical product support to customers regarding products and installation
• Tested alpha and beta versions of Bkav products, reported errors, and offered possible solutions prior to the product being released to the market
• Wrote technical articles regarding privacy and personal computer security
• Participated in product training seminars

As part of the seminar, I was invited to visit Bkav's office in 2013, where I was introduced Bkav's workspace and its working environment.
