This is my home family's company specializing in supplying equipment, transferring technology, and providing services and spare parts for industrial Material Handling Equipment. Started working at P.S.L since 2012, when I was a freshman and I realized the importance of the Internet in terms of broadcasting the business and approaching more audience, I decided to involve in my family's business regarding create company website and social media pages. At the beginning, everything was very new for me as a freshman, but I spent time on learning online courses about making website, using graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, etc. myself, and gain knowledge to support my job. Besides, I took some graphic design and photography courses to dive into the field. Up to now, I have archived many remarkable accomplishments, contributing to the family's business development.
P.S.L Master Brochure 2016
My biggest design project at P.S.L, covering the company products and services. I spent hours to decide main theme colors and layouts, to edit pictures, to write scripts and finalize the brochure. The most challenge was choosing a good theme and layout. In fact, theme colors are the brand identity and a good layout provides readers with easy reading. Eventually, I decided to choose red and gray since red is the main color of the Raymond Forklifts, and gray represents mechanical things. I also made sure the layout was easy to read and distinguishable between English and Vietnamese.

The website project was my first accomplishment at P.S.L. Though I had never made a website before, I quickly learned Joomla, HTML/CSS through my Web Design course in college and through tutorials on the Internet. I spent hours a day to work on this project and had the first version comes out in 2012. Since then, I am continuing to develop and maintain the website to serve its visitors.

Drive to customer's site
Whenever I had free time during school breaks, I often took the company's technicians and staff to customer's site to do our service. It often took me around 5 to 6 hours to get to customer's site in approximately 200 miles.
